What is Boudin? (Boo-Dan) Boudin is a classic Cajun treat made from everyday staples. Boudin is a mesh of meats, rice and spices resembling sausage. We make our boudin fresh daily from pork, liver, rice, peppers and seasonings. Our Boudin balls are crispy on the outside and filled with soft and irresistible boudin. Delicious on their own or dipped in our fresh and tangy Remoulade sauce, you won’t be able to eat just one.
What are Beignets? (Ben-Yay!) Beignets are the official doughnut of New Orleans. Beignets date back to 16thCentury France and became popular in the French Quarter. French for “fritter,” beignets are fried dough that puff up into pillowy golden goodness. We top them with a blanket of powdered sugar. They melt in your mouth and are delicious for dessert or anytime.
We’re bringing Cajun specialties from the streets of New Orleans to the city of Denver. Each of our menu items are from scratch and filled with the sights and delicious smells that you might find walking down Bourbon street on a busy day. If you’re craving a sweet treat, try our delicious beignets, fried and pillowy and topped with a blanket of sweet powder sugar. Or for a savory snack on the go share some boudin balls filled with everyday staples and dipped in our tangy Remoulade sauce, or grab a bowl of flavorful and spicy gumbo to warm your soul.
