Crock Spot Gourmet Food Truck, is excited to announce our participation in the Thomas’ Breakfast Battle- Food Truck Edition! 50 food trucks nationwide have been selected and asked to create signature breakfast recipes featuring Thomas’® English Muffins, paired with their culinary specialty. Steven and Mandy Smith have risen to the challenge! Chef Steven has created the “Lamby Sammy” as his entry to the competition; a mouthwatering English muffin sandwich consisting of Colorado braised lamb, a sweet potato mash, scrambled eggs and a mint Chimichurri sauce.
Honored to be selected to represent the state of Colorado, Crock Spot is ready to bring home food truck gold and glory in this breakfast battle! Each week Crock Spot will be battling for votes.
